Digital X-Rays

Kansas Dental Center has invested in the latest digital x-ray technology in order to provide the highest quality images at the absolute lowest radiation dose.

Patients often ask about how much radiation they will receive from dental x-rays, so as a result, we have created an infographic that compares common types of daily absorbed radiation with the radiation dose you would receive from digital dental x-rays.  Simply stated, if you have ever taken a transcontinental flight from New York to Los Angeles, you have absorbed about the same amount of radiation as a full mouth series of digital dental x-rays!
